Why Groom Cats?
You don't go to the Optometrist to have your teeth cleaned.
So why take your Cat to a dog salon?
The Myths
Myth: Cats grooms themselves.
TRUTH: Your cats are rubbing saliva all over themselves.
Myth: Cats hate water.
TRUTH: Not true, most cats find the bath the most relaxing part of
the groom.
Myth:
Cats don't need grooming, besides I have a shorthair.
TRUTH : cats can mat, EVEN shorthairs.
The Nitty Gritty
Cats grow sharp claws- if left, they can grow into their paw pads. (OUCH)
Cats are greasy, they shed, and are usually sleeping in areas of the house that we clean the LEAST, ie under our beds, up on our refrigerator, and on top of cupboards.
Cats can pick up fleas, develop dandruff, and suffer from hairballs. (Who likes to clean up hairballs?) Their fur can also become matted.

Dogs have multiple options when it comes to grooming salons. Cats do not have many options outside a vet office. I am bringing a service that is dedicated to our felines. Giving them an environment built just for them!
